• We have just begun offering new wines from Italy, produced by Tavernello, packaged in the aseptic foil cartons used for juice boxes. This packaging is very common in Europe, you may be familiar with it from Parmalat tomatoes. Great price of $9.50 on liter size “bricks” of Pinot Grigio, Trebbiano, Sangiovese and Merlot. With a twist off cap, one of the neat things is that you can squeeze the container, and then screw on the cap when the wine is at the top of the container, thereby preserving the remaining wine - you literally squeeze the air out of the container!! A good wine in innovative packaging - we think you will see more of it in the future. And, we also have a three pack of Pinot Grigio in 8 ounce “juice box” size bricks.

I continue to be thankful and humbled by your continued support for Bacchus. We have been serving you at the corner of Oakland and Parkview since 1971. Many businesses and come and gone since then, and there is certainly more competition now.
