We are pleased to offer you authentic BBQ! Smoked on the premises - this is real pit barbeque, using a smoker with hickory wood to slowly cook the meats to a tender, tasty finish. A lot of research, rib eatin' and finger lickin' went into the secret dry rub that beat out eleven other contestants at the 2005 Kalamazoo Rib Fest.

For best results:

Pulled pork can be reheated in a microwave. Ribs and chicken can be placed on a hot grill or under thebroiler for 5 min. per side, or warmed in a 350° oven for 12-15 minutes
